message: Learn to punch, kick and grapple. Getting fitter and learn to defend yourself quickly and effectively. Early fights in the Ultimate Fighting Combat Championships proved how easy it was for strikers to be defeated by grapplers. Now everone cross-trains so they can do everything. Message : I would like to welcome all Rangers Supporters at Abertay and in Dundee to join our supporters club. This club was formed four years ago and has given its members brilliant memories traveling to watch there favourite team play all over Europe. Already we have seen Rangers play Dundee United at Tanadice and we are planning a pub crawl in the near future. Last year we decided to go down to Glasgow for the weekend since you do get sick of the Dundee nite life after a while, execpt Abertay Union. Gliding Club

Message : come fly. we glide (sailplanes not hang gliders) every weekend weather permitting. We meet every wednesday for a bit of a knees up. All welcome. Membership is £20 yearly, and each flight is £1.50 fixed rate. We share rides up to the airfield, and share the fuel costs. Great fun, great atmisphere
