Door Policy

It is the policy of this Students' Association to allow entry to their premises at 158 Marketgait, Dundee to the following people:

1. University of Abertay Dundee Students on production of a current matriculation card or current NUS card.

2. Students from other NUS affiliated colleges and universities on production of a current matriculation card with a photograph on it or current NUS card.

3. Students from other colleges or universities with whom U.A.D.S.A. has a reciprocal agreement on production of a current matriculation card with a photograph on it or current NUS card.

4. Life members of U.A.D.S.A. on production of their life membership card.

No entry will be permitted after 11pm or after the permitted fire limit has been reached, which ever is reached first. If the fire limit is reached before 11pm a "one out one in" policy will operate until 11pm.

In addition on certain nights there may well be extra regulations over the timing of entry. In this case instructions will clearly be stated on posters advertising the event and will be printed on tickets when it is a ticket only entry.

The Students' Association operates a policy of searching everyone on entry to the Union on certain nights. If anyone refuses to be searched entry will be refused.

There will be no exceptions made to any of the rules and regulations stated above.
