FRIENDLY WEEKEND GAMES…

GOLF: Abertay Golf club made a great start to this season by winning their first friendly game of the year. The team, described by the captain as 'under strength', saw a victory against Dundee University Golf club with a 5.5:4.5 win. Congratulations to the team, lets hope this is a start to a great year.

FOOTBALL: This years freshers football tournament was held at Dundee university, Abertay were drawn in the north east group and were playing against Dundee, St Andrews and Aberdeen. The team missed out on a place in the final after 0 - 1 defeat against St Andrews. However, the Abertay Freshers excelled as they beat Dundee 3 - 1 and drew 2 -2 with Aberdeen.
