Beautiful Mind

A brilliant film that takes you in one direction and then another. Russell Crowe and Jennifer Connolly put in memorable performances as Professor John Nash and his enduring wife Alicia Nash. The story basically is about a brilliant mathematician and his struggle with schizophrenia. What makes this film all the more remarkable is that it is based on a true story. John Nash makes an astonishing discovery early in his life and instead of going on to critical acclaim he encounters a serious illness that will remain with him for the rest of his life. Ron Howard beautifully directs this film taking us on John Nash's incredible journey. A must see having won 4 Academy Awards.
