American pie 2

Sex, drink, parties, babes, cheesy jokes, lesbians and all the wholesome American goodness you'd expect from the one of the biggest sequels of the year. This week American pie 2 hit the big screen and a lot of you will be wanting to know weather its worth the visit to go and see it.

As you'd expect American pie 2 has all the old jokes like, geeks getting the piss taken out of them (good!), people getting pissed on, knob jokes, and Stifler's (a.k.a. "Stiffmeister's") mom. In the sequel all the old cast are there, plus a couple of new ones, but this time the stories a little different, all the boys come home from collage, but feel like their friendship needs to be strengthened (how sweet) so they decide to rent a house by the beach. The result is that they end up getting jobs and getting them self's into some madcap situations, the scene with the lesbians is really sick, it starts of good but being a hetro male I couldn't help but feel a little "a loss for words" at what was going on (you have to see it to fully understand why I would say a thing like that...). Plus one of the highs in the film is stifler, there's something about the way the guy says "fuck" that just makes you want to tell the person beside you. As a bonus - this time he's got his wee bother who's cool.

As the boys come closer to the end of the summer they decide to have a blow out (its American for getting really drunk) and end up having a party. The film is all right, it's just that there aren't enough jokes or even new ones, but tries to focus more on the friendship side of things, but when the jokes come they are good. So in short the film isn't any thing new compared to the old one but is worth the watch if you like your immature humour, knobs, boobs and drinking. American pie 2 gets 3 cans of beer out of 6 but if you go drunk 4 cans.
